You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

  • Products showing signs of use, installation marks, or alteration are not eligible.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Small consumables and replacement part kits.

4. Return Request Procedure

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until we confirm the item is received.

6. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will exclude any original shipping charges.

  • If declined, we will notify you with an explanation via email.

7. Exchanges
Exchange requests for identical items are possible if stock is available. Contact us before returning to ensure proper handling.

8. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
